Battery and Fuel Disclaimers

  1. Battery Replacement:
Battery replacements are subject to the availability of the correct battery type for your vehicle. We do not guarantee compatibility until the technician confirms on-site.
  2. Fuel Delivery:
Fuel delivery services are limited to providing a minimal amount of fuel to reach the nearest gas station. Customers are responsible for refueling beyond this point.
  3. No Warranty: Defender Roadside Assistance does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on batteries installed as part of our emergency roadside service. Any warranties, if applicable, are solely provided by the battery manufacturer and subject to their terms and conditions.
  4. 5. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the installed battery. Any post-installation concerns should be directed to the battery manufacturer or a certified mechanic.
  6. No Refunds or Exchanges: All battery sales and installations are final. Defender Roadside Assistance does not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for installed batteries.

Tire puncture repairs are limited to minor damage and cannot be performed if the puncture is on the sidewall or in areas deemed unsafe for repair. Replacement may be recommended instead.
  2. Customer-Provided Parts:
If the customer provides replacement tires, fuses, or other parts, the company assumes no responsibility for the quality or suitability of those parts.
  3. No Warranty: Unless expressly stated in writing, all tires—whether new or used—are sold as-is without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Used tires, in particular, may have unknown prior usage history, and the company makes no guarantees regarding their remaining tread life, performance, or safety.
  4. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and maintain their tires regularly and to ensure they are used in a safe and appropriate manner. The company strongly recommends routine tire inspections, proper inflation, and adherence to manufacturer and industry safety guidelines.
  5. No Recourse: The customer agrees that they shall have no recourse against the company for any claims, damages, or losses arising from tire-related issues, including but not limited to punctures, blowouts, tread separation, alignment issues, or vehicle handling concerns.
